Have you ever noticed that vacuum lines in carpet make a room look clean, even when it’s not? Every once in a while I like to speed vacuum the floors just so my husband thinks he’s walked into a super clean house.
Shhh…don’t tell him! He totally does it too!
Vacuum Your Carpet: Including Corners and Under Furniture
I know we haven’t talked about daily/weekly cleaning schedules yet, but vacuuming is something that should be done often. Some of you might be pretty strict about this. But, others of you may postpone it as long as you can.
Either way, take some time to vacuum your floors today. Pay special attention to the corners and areas under furniture. Those are the areas that are often skipped when vacuuming as part of a daily/weekly routine. Consider today’s task this the Spring Cleaning edition of vacuuming carpet.
If you only have time for the carpeted areas, that’s totally fine! But, if you have a few extra minutes, use the vacuum hose to pick up crumbs and dust in the corners of those rooms with hardwood, tile, linoleum, etc. It’s soooo much easier than sweeping!
Have fun today! Your home will automatically feel cleaner after you vacuum. Of course you know I want to know about it, so make sure to check in on Facebook or in the comment section on this post!
