Create a 12 week (or 90 day) plan. Break your ONE THING into a goal that you can achieve in 12 week (or 90 days)
Break the 12 week plan into weekly goals
There are TWO OPTIONS:
1. Use the document as a daily checklist. Mark off each day that you do something to achieve your monthly goal. You know, kinda like Jerry Seinfield did.
2. Create a detailed daily plan to break what used to be a HUGE task, into the smallest, most manageable task ever.
