Do you have email overload? I sure do! It’s actually one of the clutter spots we’re going to cover in the upcoming clutter course because I’m pretty sure it’s a universal problem!
Until then, you may be interested in a book called Bit Literacy. The author gives very practical advice on how to cull information overload and organize the information you do need in an organized manner. I know I need all the help I can get in the department!
It’s worth getting and at least scanning because the kindle version is free 🙂
Here’s a quick recap of the books I’ve mentioned so far this year:
- The One Thing
- One Line a Day
- 20,000 Days
- The 12 Week Year
- The Early to Rise Experience
- The 80/20 Principle
- 18 Minutes
- Clutterfree with Kids
- More or Less
- It’s All Too Much
- Clutter Busting
- Getting Rid of It
- Getting Things Done
- Bit Literacy
If you’re a reader, I can’t recommend these books enough! Try reading in iBooks or the Kindle to stay clutter-free.
Now on to our daily task…
Write down every single thing that you need to accomplish this week. Then schedule those things (but make sure they’re the RIGHT things) on your calendar. That way you’ll know WHEN you will accomplish those things on your to-do list.
It will be 5-15 minutes well spent!
Your assignment for today:
- Continue working on habit #4.
- Schedule your to do list on your calendar.
- Sign up for info on how you can have accountability and direction from me on how to declutter you house and life.
